General Returns
While most products listed on the website www.doggyvilleindia.in (the “Platform”) are eligible for return, please review the specific return eligibility of each product on its individual product page prior to placing an order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in original packaging,
- Have all tags intact,
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase (physical or digital).
Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following product categories, unless the product is received damaged or spoiled:
- Food and treats
- Bedding, mats, and travel supplies
- Cat litter
- Health and wellness products
- Grooming tools and accessories
- Bowls and feeders
- Toys
In the case of combo packs (e.g., a pack of 12 items), returns will not be accepted for partially used combos — even if unopened. For example, if 11 of 12 items remain unused, the return will not be processed for those 11.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.
The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and will notify the customer via email or SMS. Orders suspected to be bulk, not for personal use, or exceeding normal quantities may be cancelled without prior notice.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, you must notify us within 10 (ten) days of delivery.
