Refund policy

If your return is approved after inspection:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• You will receive a notification once the refund has been initiated.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
For cancelled orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Teleconsultation Appointments

Appointment Cancellation
You may cancel a teleconsultation appointment with a veterinarian at least 1 (one) hour prior to the scheduled time.
In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, a veterinarian or consultant may need to cancel the appointment. In such instances, we will inform you in advance, and you may either reschedule or request a refund.
If you cancel an appointment at least one hour in advance, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be made for missed appointments without prior cancellation.
